Our community comprises of many small businesses, which we hope to provide education and assistance in relation to the Workers’ Compensation system and return to work.

NOR supports the development of local Occupational Therapists through our involvement with Southern Cross University. 

Due to the significant number of years working in Northern NSW, we have built strong relationships with many health professionals and doctors.

We provide high quality services across Northern NSW; ensuring reliable, personalised, realistic and outcome-based service provision. 

We have extensive experience providing recovery at work services for a wide range of industries: health, local government, mining, manufacturing, airline, retail and primary industries;  and across multiple Workers’ Compensation jurisdictions (Commonwealth, QLD, ACT and NSW), self-insurers, income protection, and private organisations.

We are both members of the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy academic team at Southern Cross University. Our association with SCU provides us with the opportunity to access new and innovative equipment and technology; improving our clinical expertise.

We understand the importance of educating all parties on the most effective ways to recover from work related conditions.
